Merrick County Health & Fitness Center

The Fitness Center is a nonprofit organization and is supported completely by membership and program fees without the use of tax dollars. The facility includes an indoor walking track, indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose room, full-sized regulation basketball/volleyball courts for youth leagues, 2 racquetball courts, a weight room with cybex equipment & nusteps, a mezzanine above the weight room with treadmills, studio-cycling bikes, elliptical machines, stair mill, expresso bikes and free weight equipment. The Fitness Center also provides youth and adult programming including but not limited to basketball, volleyball, soccer, youth summer leagues, wallyball and volleyball leagues, fitness incentives/programs, aquatic programming such as swim lessons, water aerobics and much more.

The mission of the Fitness Center is to promote and meet the health, fitness and recreational needs of people of all ages and to enhance quality of life through a wide range of programs, services, activities and education.
