Housing Agency of City of Central City

The Housing Agency of Central City strives to provide affordable, safe, sanitary, housing for eligible residents. The Agency manages and maintains a portfolio of 90 1-3 bedroom apartments and duplexes within Central City-Bader Villa, Bader East, Bader North, Central City Villa, Southeast Villa and Avenue 25 Villa. Office hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm, Friday 8:30am-1:30pm or by appointment.
